pSivida MD to ring NASDAQ Closing Bell

Boston, MA and Perth, Australia (June 30, 2008) – Global drug delivery company, pSivida Corp. (NASDAQ: PSDV, ASX: PVA, FSE: PSI) today announced that Dr. Paul Ashton, Managing Director, will ring the NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell on Tuesday, July 1, at 4 p.m. EDST. pSivida Corp. recently completed its reincorporation from an Australian company to a US Company with its common shares traded on the NASDAQ. The closing bell ceremony is in recognition of this accomplishment.
